Returns and Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty goods.

Returns must be sent back at the buyers expense within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please include a printed copy of your sales receipt within the package so we can identify the item upon arrival. The items must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, or damaged since opening. Goods damaged in transit to you must be photographed with the packaging it arrived in. Full refund or exchange may be nominated.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved we will refund you by your original payment method. Alternatively a replacement item as nominated will be shipped out.
