Hello , my name is Helene and I am a certified Holistic Beauty Therapist based in Central Victoria but also practising in Melbourne.

My journey

I have been practicing self care and wellness for over twenty years with an authentic holistic approach to my health and skin. This lifestyle came to the aid of a long career as an archaeologist. Working outside meant that my skin was continually exposed to the elements. On every field trip I always carried a bag of salves and organic skin care to help relieve my dehydrated skin.

In 2018 I began moonlighting as an online skin care merchant which lead me to my formal studies in Holistic Beauty Therapy. Having completed my Certificate in 2023, I am currently undertaking my Diploma in Holistic Therapies.

Feather and Thread brings together my love of the ancient world and Mother Nature’s gifts, weaving them into sacred healing facials and wellness guidance.
